Surprise!

Amanda & Max's family got together for Max's birthday 

last Tuesday, March 25th for a surprise birthday supper

@ Mike's restaurant. Max thought Amanda was taking

him out for a private date, when he walked into the 

restaurant he saw a table of 20 waiting for him.

Moncton Day Trip

Amanda, Chris, Gigi, & LP headed to Moncton this morning for 

a day road trip, for shopping, laughs, and Melanie's bridal shower.

Graduated !!!!!!!! (Amanda)

4 and a half years ago... September 2003, both of us stepped onto St. Thomas University campus for the first day of our first year in university. We had previously met through a friend - however, it was at STU that we were able to get to know each other better by running into each other so often on such a small campus. After many lunch dates - our friendship became a relationship. If one of us hadn't enrolled at STU, we most likely wouldn't be getting married in less than 4 months - there's a good chance we wouldn't even be together or even close friends. 

Today. Amanda has officially received her diploma that confirms she has graduated from STU in March/2008 with a degree in Bachelor of Arts (with a major in Psychology & a minor in Human Rights). After receiving a diploma for Honors in Philosophy a week ago, Amanda figured she better be honest and send STU an e-mail stating that she was disappointed they gave her more credit than deserved and expected a new diploma. Well today, the new diploma was issued (& even her name was spelt right!) and she accepted their apology. 

Although today marks a new chapter in my life - I am still uncertain as to where I would like my BA to take me, however I may return to school once Max completes his degree. 

Speaking of Max - Max is currently finishing up his Bachelor of Arts with a double major in French and Human Rights, however he has chosen to go part time (2 classes per semester) which allows him to work more and do what he truly loves, enjoys, & (everyone can agree) is incredible at. If he continues to study part time, he will graduate in 2010.  Even though he would love to be done now - his work is very important to him right now and he is encouraged to stick with it! (His degree will come eventually)

A Night Out & Dolans

Sound or on the stage when he's playing.
